Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

  1. Processing Time: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 3 business days for order processing, although most orders are processed within 1 business days.

  2. Shipping Methods: We offer UPS & USPS Ground. The shipping method and estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout.

  3. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package and will be displayed at checkout. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns:

  1. Eligibility: We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition.
  2. Return Process: If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team on our Contact Us page to initiate the return process. You may be required to provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return process.
  4. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is in new, unused condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any original shipping fees. Please note that it may take 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that we do not accept returns for used or opened products, or products returned after 14 days from the date of purchase, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible for assistance.
